Order Cancellation Before Shipment
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever occurs first.
• To request a cancellation, please email our customer support team.
• If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after the product is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
We do not currently support modifications to items or addresses once an order is placed. If changes are needed, you will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
