Returns can be created in three simple steps
1. Click on MyOrders
2. Select the item to be returned
3. Create a return request with the details requested
Our logistic partners will contact you with the pick-up details once you initiate the process. The order number/invoice number should be displayed on top of the packet with the items properly packed.
An order can be placed over Email. Contact a customer service agent by sending an email to bewellitsolutions@gmail.com / contact@todayzfashions.com. We will place your order and email you the invoice so you can finish the online payment when you provide us with the specifics of the item you intend to buy and your billing information.
We have some pin codes that we cannot yet service through our courier partners. However, we are working hard to make them serviceable. Please check back after a few days.

We cannot change the delivery address once your Order has been sent. We advise that you choose a shipping address that will work for the specified delivery window, so there won't be delays in receiving your product.
You can type in your pin code on the product view page to see the delivery estimation time when you are on the product view page. It will notify you if your pin code is not serviceable.
