Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Return requests must be submitted within the eligible return period from the delivery date. Products with visible signs of wear, damage, or any form of alteration will not be accepted.
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the item has been inspected and approved. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been successfully processed.
