Returns And Refunds
 

REFUND POLICY 
We want you to love the clothes you wear. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly assist you. 
All returns will be acknowledged provided the items are returned in a saleable condition with the labels intact and in their unique packaging, unwashed and whole. Within 48 hours of receiving the products, you can request it.
 

RETURN CONDITIONS 
The return of masks, innerwear, and accessories is not permitted. 
You must return the item(s) in their original, unused condition within 10 days of receiving them. 
The quality check will reject the return request if there is any tampering with the tags or the garment. 
Place the return within 2 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged or defective. 
Product and brand packaging should still have their original barcodes, tags, labels, and packaging intact. Quality Check will reject the returned or refunded request if it is missing or tampered with. 
One or more items from the same order can be returned. 
There was physical damage to the product when it was received. 
Product or accessory parts are missing. 
The product needs to be unused and in its original packaging, along with the original invoice or sales receipt, brand outer box, manufacturer's retail price tags, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories. 
A different product was ordered than described on the platform. 
Each of our packages includes "Tamper Evident Void Seals". Please make it clear that you will not accept packages whose seals have been tampered with. Any product that is physically damaged, defective, the wrong product, or missing accessories will be automatically disqualified when a "Void Seal" is tampered with.
 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) 
We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item once it has been received and inspected. In addition, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. 
The refund at Todayzfashions is processed within 5-7 days.
