• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original form.
• Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team within this timeframe to initiate your request.
• Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Submit a Request
Email your return request along with your Order ID and the reason for return to bewellitsolutions@gmail.com, contact@todayzfashions.com.

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos showing the issue to help speed up processing.

Step 3: Follow the Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will share detailed instructions for completing the return.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our guidelines.


Refund Process & Timeline
After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify compliance with the return conditions. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.
